Ralph’s Radio has been in business since 1949, and one of our hallmarks has always been our quality, dedicated staff.
Our team has lots of experience and stay with us for extended periods of time. The management at Ralph’s believes in treating our employees like family, paying them well and creating an environment where they can make the best use their skill set to advance the company. Ralph’s team works in either the Operations or Business Development areas.
Brothers and owners Dave and Tim Rurak handle the day-to-day business of the company.
Dave Rurak (President) is responsible for the Operations of the company. Dave’s direct reports include the controller and the Vancouver and Victoria store managers.
Tim Rurak (Vice President) is responsible for the business development of the company. Tim’s direct reports include the 12 Volt and Wireless Business Development managers and the Marketing Assistant. Marketing is under this area as well.
The installation technicians and stock personnel work in the Operations area. The salespeople work in the Business Development area. The Operations or Business Development areas work closely with each other in a team atmosphere.
