Many suppliers have good products and good people, but their policies make doing business with them frustrating. We need to know that they will stand behind their product warranties. Turnaround time for repairs has to be as fast as possible. Our suppliers have to have products in stock. If a customer wants something that we don’t have, we need to be able to get it quickly. Back orders or long shipping times from warehouses on the other side of the country don’t do either of us any good. Finally, support in our marketing endeavors is important to us. Our suppliers have to understand our business and our goals.

We have dealt with manufacturers in the past who were more concerned about sales quantity over quality. We have ended all relationships with manufacturers like that.
