Thanks Julius ... writing to say just how much I appreciate the work that was done by Ralph's last week on my Sony in-car changers and satellite radio with associated switching gear. Everything that I requested has been fixed, and you came in on time and on budget even with me walking in "off the street" (ie with no appointment). The proper mounting has helped a great deal. I think things were previously moving around quite a bit, and from time to time triggering some sort of reset in the equipment - a big nuisance since one tends to lose things like stations, place being played in a library of disks, etc etc. In addition your technician Jimmy should be singled out for special praise because he managed to fix the whine on the XM Satellite radio which had been present ever since I acquired that component about 1 year ago. I should not hesitate to recommend your shop to anyone looking for a great job installing in-car gear. And I am now thinking about future upgrades for myself, of course. The single-din popout DVD player is quite amazing!

I can’t believe how good our old speakers sound with the new amp and what we’ve been missing, never mind the new sub and tower speakers, it all sounds amazing. Hi Trevor, thanks for reaching out and making all this happen so seamlessly. I want to give you a big hug. The stereo is amazing- I've never heard music that sounded so good- I was in tears on my way home that day. The service and customer experience like no other. I rave about Lee and Sak to everyone I talk to. They treated me with utmost respect and had all the knowledge to tailor it to my needs. I felt they each went above and beyond.
I drove the truck straight to the body shop where it is being worked on for a custom interior renovation and some engine work. It will be on the road in April. At that time I will bring the truck back to Ralphs and tweak the system and go for a ride.
When I realized this was the real deal and such high quality product, customization, and service I thought I will do this once and do it right so I opened the flood gates and sold my other truck to make this work.

Just a short note to let you know how pleased I am with the recent installation of the Kenwood deck in my '91 Ford Aerostar van. A very professional job done at a very reasonable cost. I have been meaning to send you this thank you for well over a month and was reminded to do so sitting in my car listening to 3rd eye blind, cranked up this morning. In early May you guys saved my system. Despite having technically good components which were installed by the prior owner of the car in the U.S., it sounded like crap (crackling intermittent sound on one speaker, weak base, you name it) and I thought I might need a new system/speakers. You guys fit me in on short notice and had a technician check it out. The technician found the wiring at the head unit was oxidized and replaced it all. The difference in sound is unbelievable and I am forever grateful. All I can say is Ralphs and its people are the best!

The last few cars, I have dealt with Lee and found him to be a professional. I had a problem recently and came in to your store last Wednesday with my 2 little kids. We had to wait while Lee looked into the problems I had with my remotes. As we waited, a member of your staff (tall older gentleman) gave my 2 kids a demo. dummy cell phones to play with and when we left, all the staff behind the counter said a friendly good-bye with a smile to me and my kids. Back in April I called and was asking Lee about a new radio that would play mp3s and hook up to my iPod and he gave me excellent service and he was totally knowledgeable about the systems and what would work for us. We had a Clarion radio installed and an iPod adapter. It was fabulous. Unfortunately, six weeks later (Mother's Day) our car was broken into and the iPod adapter stolen. Luckily we hadn't forgotten the faceplate in the car! However, the thieves wrecked the radio mount etc. etc. and the radio would not work. After thinking about it I decided there was no point in replacing the iPod adapter as it was obvious that next time the thieves would just bust the glove box and steal the new one. So ICBC okayed us to have a better radio for the equivalent amount of money. I went back to Lee. I asked him about a bigger and better display on the radio and he showed me an Alpine, which is readable even during the day. Due to where our radio is on the dash it was hard to read the Clarion but the Alpine is fabulous! I have NO hesitations recommending Lee to any and all people who ask about where they should go for a new radio. Every question I had, he answered. He knew just what we would like. Back in 1997 we had a radio installed from Ralph's, it was stolen from our car in 1998 and we replaced it at Ralph's then, too. So when we wanted a new radio in our new car this year I immediately thought of Ralph's and I consider it my good fortune to have called and spoken to Lee from the first. He's the greatest. _____ This short note is to compliment three members of your staff who recently serviced my requirements i.e. security LED light installation and Sirius installation in two of my vehicles. The individuals concerned were Zak Mach, Norman Wong and technician Brian. All three were polite , helpful, knowledgeable and professional – a credit to your organization . The work that was done was explained to me in detail ( I’m a neophyte when it comes to wiring ), executed on time , and looked neat and tidy. She was having problems with her 2005 Mazda MPV's new alarm so MIke dispatched Geoff to go and give her a hand. Thanks for all the service, I will see you guys w/ my next vehicle. For full review read below. I am not the kind of gut that exaggerates, but the system is pretty f*n sweet. The touch screen takes a bit to get used to, I switched to the simple mode to get the ff/rewind to opposite sides of the face. When buttons in the corners are harder to use and more tempermental when they are a) close together and b) in the corners where there is less flex in the screen itself. Very pretty though, fun to play with. I have it all programmed now, bass is really full as compared to the Kenwood. I have a heat shroud around my muffler, rattles the living sh*t out of it. I am going to have to either remove it or put in creases to stiffen it up. The brake light in my rear spoiler now rattles, but I can't hear it from the inside anyways. Brent did a good job, longer than he expected, but he stayed late so I am happy. The dials on the amp are hard to reach, but bass is not a problem; I think using a dime vs. a screwdriver will work, then go by feel as the are about 2" away from the center console under the seat. I still have to get a bit more of the treble out, but it is a great sound. Very good work, I would recommend you to a friend. Future shop had cheaper install rates, but judging by the incompetence of their sales staff I happily spent money elsewhere for no problems. Thanks for the follow-up, much appreciated. _____ I came in last week looking to improve the sound of a new system I had just purchased from another dealer (deck and front speakers). I was unhappy with the system and had received very poor after sales support from that retailer. I was prepared to consider buying new speakers, but you came outside, listened to my system, looked at the front speakers and told me the install was sloppy. You said there was a gap around the speakers that needed to be sealed. I took your advice, sealing them the way you advised, and the difference in sound quality is amazing. I was so impressed that you did not try to sell me anything, but simply gave me good advice. You were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This is so different from my experiences with other retailers. I have decided to upgrade the rear speakers and perhaps add an amp and a sub in the next few weeks. Because of the service I received from you there is no doubt I will be coming to Ralph's. Your employee could have dismissed me as not a big spender, said he couldn't help me or sell me a new unit.
Rather than that he suggested I surf the web. When I told him I didn't know the part or model number he pointed it out for me.
The transaction only took 30 seconds ... I thought you should know, I appreciated his courtesy.
